Creating a new Page

Creating a new page is simple. Here are some ways you can go about it:

• Click on the New Page button at the top of the page, once you have logged in.
• Use a CamelCase word (e.g. NewPage), this is a compound word where each word is capitalized.
  • Click on the resulting link to edit the new page
• Enclose a word in brackets (e.g. [newpage])
  • Click on the resulting link to edit the new page

Editing a Page

You can easily edit a page once you have logged in, by clicking on the Edit Page tab at the top of the page. This enables you to add content. By using WikiStyle, along with your content you can create elements such as headers, links, and tables. It also enables you to format text with bold and italics.

Formatting Text

Headers

You can create headers by putting exclamation marks (!) at the beginning of a line. One exclamation mark (!) will create the largest heading, while additional exclamation marks (!!, !!!, etc.) will create sequentially smaller headings.

Using !Wiki Help will give you a large heading, while adding more exclamation marks !!Creating a new Page makes to a smaller one. Both of these examples are used in this page.

Links

Another common element used in this wiki are links. Links are made by simply inserting the link location (e.g. www.google.ca), and link name (e.g. Google) in a bracket and separating them with a bar symbol ( | ).

Example:

[http://www.google.ca|Google] would create the link Google.
